NFF Secretly Plot To Reinstate Siasia

Super Eagles former head coach, Samson Siasia might be in line to come in and replace current coach and his former team mate, Stephen  Keshi if NFF’s ideas go as planned.

According to Goal, top NFF officials are worried about Eagles last two games and have gotten their opportunity to take out Keshi.

The official told Goal, “There are many factors standing in the way of Stephen Keshi in his bid to retain the Super Eagles job and I will give you a break-down. But before that I must say that Keshi must be most grateful to the Honorable Sports Minister,Tammy Danagogo, for fighting for his retention as the team chief coach.

“The minister has never hidden his love and preference for him and he based it on Keshi’s past achievement which he said was more than necessary for him to continue his job. The minister still believes that the Eagles under Keshi could still bounce back and qualify for the 2015 AFCON in Morocco.

“But we at the NFF here know that the problem with the team is more than what we are seeing from the surface. Firstly, there is no commitment on the part of the players Keshi is parading for the 2015 AFCON qualifiers and if something drastic is not done, Nigeria may not be among those nations that would campaign in Morocco 2015.”

He also went into details and explained that majority of the executive committee are now pissed off with Keshi’s behavior and disrespect towards them and they want a coach who would listen to their demands and respect them as his employers.

“They have also not forgotten in a hurry the way the former Eagles captain allegedly humiliated the Aminu Maigari Board members during the Africa Cup of Nations which Nigeria won in South Africa and felt highly disappointed with the way the coach received all the accolades and praises from all and sundry without mere mention of the NFF Board and Secretariat.

We all know how Keshi threatened to dump the team in South Africa shortly after the Eagles won the 2013 AFCON.

The controversies generated by this singular action put the NFF in a bad light and so many other crises including the players threatening not to play one of the qualifying matches for the last World Cup as well as during the World Cup proper when the players demanded for their bonuses. These crises put negative mark on the NFF.”

Eagles have come under huge criticisms after their home loss to Congo and drawing away to South Africa and now left trailing with only 1 point from a possible 6 despite being the defending champions of Africa.

Wayne Rooney Admits Manchester United's Dressing Room is Being Overtaken by Spanish Language

Manchester United captain has revealed it is all change at Old Trafford this season - as the club's dressing room is now dominated by the Spanish language.

Mail Online reports that Rooney believes English is getting 'pushed aside' after a host of new signings in 2014 brought about a big influx of Spanish speaking stars.

Angel Di Maria, Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera and Radamel Falcao are four players who arrived in the summer window who speak it as their first language, though Rooney insists that Louis van Gaal is looking for each player to become fluent in English.

"You get in the dressing room and everyone's speaking Spanish! English is getting pushed aside a bit. All the senior players are helping the new lads settle in too and there's a lot of foreign players so they can help each other too.

"The manager makes sure the players are speaking English as well and the club make sure things are put in place for them to adapt to life in England.

"It's different (at Manchester United now from previous years) in terms of the changes which have been implemented in the squad since Sir Alex stepped down as manager. This is especially the case in terms of the players that have come in and left the club at the same time, so we are all adapting to it at the moment and hopefully we can be successful."

Rooney and the Spanish speaking stars were all present last weekend as United surrendered a 3-1 lead against newly promoted Leicester City, going on to lose 5-3.

The Mail also claims that van Gaal's decision to substitute Di Maria when the game was locked at 3-3 was not well received by the United players, who launched expletive outrage at the Dutchman bringing off one of their best attacking players.

A 30-year-old man, identified as Obafemi Kolawole, was on Wednesday sentenced to life imprisonment by an Osun State High Court for raping a pregnant lady.

Rachel Ojimi, the State Prosecutor had earlier told the court that Kolawole,attacked the 19- year-old pregnant lady in her house and forcefully had carnal knowledge of her.
The prosecutor said the convict after carrying out the evil act, went ahead to shave the victim’s pubic hair and put it in her mouth.
Rachel further revealed that Kolawole also poured dry gin on the mouth of the teenager, in order to flush the hair through her throat into her stomach.
The prosecutor also presented a medical report obtained from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital Osogbo, as evidence of rape against the accused to prove her case beyond reasonable doubt.
Kolawole was arraigned on a one count charge of rape, which is punishable under section 358 of the Criminal Code, Cap 34 Vol. II, Laws of Osun State 2003.
Delivering the judgment, Justice AbdulKareem AbdulKareem, found Kolawole guilty of rape, and sentenced him to life imprisonment. He also ordered that the convict should be flogged daily while he serves his jail term.
Meanwhile, officials of Edo State Police Command on September 23, 2014, paraded a 60-year-old man, identified as Friday Akpan, for allegedly raping a 9-year-old daughter of his employer, on the other hand, a Nigerian man, Fabian Anyanwu, was also arraigned before an Apapa Magistrates’ Court in Lagos, for allegedly raping a 22-year-old Cameroonian lady.
It would be recalled that a couple was also on September 17, 2014, arraigned before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for raping their house help.

Who would have thought Dammy Krane would be the young lad to decipher the need for a new school fuji act in the industry? That was actually very smart. Most players majorly fall under the rap, afro pop or high life categories with a very few exception for those in alternate genres including R&B and soul. There, he continued to feature oblivious of what the future may hold till he got signed to 2face Idibia’s Hypertek Records, which began the journey to his debut album, The Enterkraner.

Dammy Krane’s voiced over intro on Industreet leaves much wonder on what to be expected from his 16-track effort. The contemporary pop sounds are a clear contrast from his h-factored vocals with tints of cultural background. But just hold on, the album doesn’t end up a total joke. He continues with Asiwaju – a persuasive track with Leriq’s signature instrumentals on it. Clinching is an aimless rant pulled off comfortably with Pucado… and who the hell let Dammy speak Igbo? Oluwakemi‘s lyrical styling is too typical. Repetitions on the hook make for more of the record time. His vocal transpositions also relays his appreciation of theoretical music.
On Love Na Die, Dammy pulls a nice afro R&B cut here. Olamide’s rap was brief and quite straight to the point. This one is actual good stuff! Faleela features true elements of fuji in a 21st century offering. Whoever Faleela is, she must be one darn lucky chic for Krane to wear his best musical persona and profess his emotions for her unashamedly. Jolly Good Fellow is easily the most likeable song. The songwriting here is unarguably the best and most applaudable too. Do you notice how 2face never pushes his weight around or steals the shine? That’s legend stuff. There’s a metaphorical meaning left to be understood on Tommorow No Dey. I’m sure even Dammy wouldn’t get it. But those sambas and sounds of a xylophone? Sweetness!
Incase of Incasity is literally a cry for you to press skip. Dammy’s lyrics are so shallow, it becomes hard to actually believe that Davido can whip up better lyrical sense than Dammy would on his own track. Sabi Dancereeked an awful lot of the 2face scent. Sounds like something the afro R&B legend would slay effortlessly and boy wonder managed to live up to mentee expectation. His tribute to Africa started out with serious prospect like something hopefully inspiring and worthy enough to bear the Africa title… and then it ended up a mess… too bad! If you never liked Dammy Krane or you perhaps had a few doubts here and there about his star prowess, Amin does enviable justice to such thoughts. It’s not just a typical song, it’s a beautiful prayer. This one will be here a while.
Ligali levitates you to that low altitude where you conclude that Dammy’s enterkranement has become plenty shades exhausting. But Pasuma knows his stuff and finds a way to dissociate himself from Krane’s kerb crawler status when he vocals out. My Dear joins his fast growing track record of really lame lyrics fueled with repetitions that could make you pull someone’s hair out. Still, this one has beats that will get you to move and at whatever cost. DJ Consequence’s Our Turn Up Is Different is pretty much a decent groove that you can bump and ride to… and then it features Ice Prince!  He goes back to showing some wits on Gratitude which I think is an exceptional way to round off his debut piece. You end up thinking about how much you wanna hit that dance floor when Dammy does his fuji thing on the Spellz-produced number. Agreed, Dammy and this fuji thing are like 5 and 6, 2 peas in a pod.
Let’s get something clear, Dammy Krane actually is a talented underling, a major exponent of “21st Century Fuji” as he’s often been credited. The exciting thing about this album would be how he merges sounds culled from music’s many genres to creating one distinct to his art. Only that the avenues through which he’s chosen to channel his genius have failed in appearing bright at best. Thankfully, at a debut status, his fate is not one sealed nor a cause lost.

Panic in Liberian villages as two Ebola victims 'rise from the dead'

There's currently panic, fear and confusion in two villages in Nimba County in Liberia after reports that two female Ebola victims have risen from the dead.

According to local reports, 44 year old Dorris Quoi who lived in Hope Village Community and a 67 year old woman identified as Ma Kebeh, died of the Ebola virus and were about to be taken for burial when they resurrected and are now walking among the living.

According to reports in a local newspaper, New Dawn, Ma Kebeh had been indoors for two nights without food and medication before her death, while Dorris had suffered for several weeks before she died alone in her family home. This is the first report of dead Ebola victims resurrecting. Despite some people's reservations about the story being true, it hasn't stopped them from panicking
